What are the different business card types? |

There are two card types that your bCard business cards can have: gloss and silk.
Gloss business cards use a 300 GSM Gloss card stock which is smooth shiny finish on both sides.
Silk business cards use a 300 GSM Satin card stock which is smooth finish on both sides.

What are the different business card finishes? |
|
There is one finish that your bCard business cards can have: normal.
Business cards with a normal finish are printed on the chosen stock of either Gloss or Silk.

What is a Card Security Code? |
|
A Card Security Code (CSC) is a 3-digit or 4-digit number printed on your credit card. It provides added security when you use your card on the Internet or over the phone because the number appears only on the card itself, not on receipts or statements. We ask for the CSC when you order your business cards to help ensure that anyone placing an order with bCard has the card in their possession and is not using a stolen credit card number.
On Visa and Mastercard cards, the code appears as a 3-digit number printed on the signature panel on the back of the card immediately following the credit card number:

Why am I having trouble viewing the bCard website? |
|
The bCard website is designed to conform to the industry standard HTML 4.01 and displays properly in current versions of Internet Explorer, Firefox, Netscape, Opera and Safari. Developing the site to this standard allows us to offer great features to the vast majority of people who use one of these browsers.
If you're having trouble viewing the bCard site, it's probably because your browser is not up-to-date. Please try updating your browser. Normally it's free and it will mean that not only will websites look and work better, but your web browsing will be faster and more secure too. If you use Internet Explorer, you can update it at the Windows Update site. Or better yet, check out Firefox!
